Preparatory works at the Saillat-sur-Vienne pilot site have been ongoing these past weeks. The compressor and electrolysers have been installed and GT core swap as well as piping and electrical work has been completed. Installation of the H2 storage is underway. The next important steps will be the leak test and cold commissioning in the course of the month, followed by overall hot commissioning in the weeks to come. A first demonstration campaign of the system is planned later this summer. The operation of the pilot plant will validate the behaviour of the overall plant performance and individual components operating as a system.
